Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover) – 6541
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Contract: Fixed-term until May 2026
Salary: £13.18 p/h
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

Provide professional administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.

Handle incoming queries by phone and email, delivering clear and helpful communication at all times.

Produce and maintain reports using Excel, supporting colleagues and management with accurate data.

Liaise with other departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:

Must be a confident Excel user, able to input data into tables and formulas

Strong background in customer service and administration; applications from university graduates or gap year students will also be considered

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.

Positive, proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a busy environment.
