Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Gloucester (UK-wide travel required)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year
Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of vehicle air conditioning service equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Delivering on-site technical training and support to customers across the UK.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
- Ensuring equipment is installed, serviced, and maintained to company and industry standards.
- Working closely with colleagues in the service department to support business operations.
Key Skills of a Service Engineer:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential – full technical training will be provided.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- A conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy team player.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as part of the role.
- Full UK driving license
