Location: Gloucestershire
Hours:
38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 6:00pm (No Fridays)
Salary:
£24,000 + per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Escape Systems Technician

Service and maintain survival equipment in accordance with company and OEM manuals/guidelines.

Perform scheduled maintenance and follow safety policies on all aspects of escape systems.

Disassemble, test, and fault-find survival equipment/escape systems.

Repair and replace components as required.

Conduct operational and functional testing of equipment.

Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with the company’s Quality Management System.
Key Skills of a Trainee Escape Systems Technician

Good standard of GCSE-level education.

Interest in developing a career within engineering.

Responsible team player, able to work collaboratively and independently.

Highly organised with a methodical approach.

Adaptable and open to change.
