Warehouse Operative / Driver

Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Contract: 12 week temp to perm – straight permanent would be considered 
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm) + overtime
Salary: £12.50 per hour

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join their specialist logistics team based in Tetbury. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-end goods and artwork in a hands-on, varied role. A full UK driving licence is essential, and while experience in warehouse, driving or removals is a bonus, a strong work ethic and reliability are most important.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative / Driver

• Load, unload, and handle valuable items with care and precision.
• Carry out local deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with stock control, packing and unpacking goods, and maintaining warehouse organisation.
• Ensure secure transportation of goods at all times.
• Work as part of a small team to support smooth daily operations.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain accurate records.

Key Skills of a Warehouse Operative / Driver

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
• Great attention to detail and a careful approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, driving, or removals role is advantageous
