Production & Warehouse Operative – Wotton-under-Edge
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:00, Friday 08:00–15:15 (40 hours per week including a paid 45-minute lunch break)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
Type: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a versatile Production & Warehouse Operative to join a small but busy team based in a rural location near Wotton-under-Edge. This role would suit someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and previous experience in food production or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and handling of seasonings and food ingredients
• Stock rotation and material handling
• Picking and despatch of goods
• Accurate record keeping and stock taking
• Ensuring hygiene standards and food safety compliance
• General factory and warehouse cleaning

Key Skills

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Bendi) desirable
• Able to lift up to 25kg
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Must have own transport due to location
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to wear PPE as required
