Worcester

Hours:
Double Day Rotating Shifts — 5:30am–1:30pm / 2:00pm–10:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 2:00pm–8:00pm on Friday

Salary:
£16.42 per hour (including shift allowance) | Paid weekly
 


Key Responsibilities of a CNC Brake Press Operator:

  • Operate and set CNC brake press machines.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.

  • Actively engage with company Quality Control initiatives.

  • Work to reduce the number of reworked parts or amendments.


Key Skills of a CNC Brake Press Operator:

  • Previous CNC brake press experience is preferred.

  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

  • Strong communication skills with Supervisors, Team Leaders, and shop floor colleagues.

  • Team player able to work to deadlines and targets.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused.

  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

  • Willing to build strong working relationships across teams and departments.
