Job Title: Production Compounder
Location: Clevedon
Hours: 40 hours per week

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:45
• Friday: 08:00 to 12:15
• Includes a 30-minute paid lunch break (Monday to Thursday), 15-minute morning and afternoon breaks, and a 45-minute early finish on Fridays.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Compounder to join our dynamic Production team, specialising in creating natural food flavourings. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with experience in food manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compounding (mixing) liquid or powdered raw materials to precise recipes to produce flavourings.
• Adhering to the company’s operational procedures and achieving specified KPIs.
• Maintaining a clean and organised production area, ensuring compliance with BRC standards.
• Picking raw materials from the on-site warehouse as required per batch.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Maths and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent time management skills with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Current Counterbalance Forklift and Scissor Lift Licence (preferred but not essential; training provided).
• Full Right to Work in the UK.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Willingness to adhere to food safety protocols, including wearing PPE (e.g., hairnet, beard snood).
