Trainee Process Operative 6347

Location: Tewkesbury

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Five shifts per week across Monday to Sunday
Start Times: Vary based on role – from 05:00

Salary: up to £14.50 p/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely intake, control, and process products in a hygienic environment.

• Prepare and operate machinery (including CIP equipment) in line with company standards and food safety legislation.

• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene levels while maintaining clear communication across teams.

• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and ensure an efficient workflow.

Key Skills:

• Experience in food production is beneficial, but not essential.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment.

• Methodical approach and strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Flexible and adaptable to varying shift patterns and production demands.
