Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both electrical and mechanical maintenance support in line with production demands.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using relevant preventative maintenance documentation.
• Conduct efficient repair and reinstallation of equipment during breakdowns.
• Carry out safe maintenance of machinery, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures without deviation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including working practices, productivity, equipment specs, and quality.
• Comply with all safe systems of work, including isolation and lockout procedures.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the work area.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Hold a formal electrical qualification.
• HNC level qualification (or equivalent), ideally in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within a similar electrical role.
• Consistent attention to detail with the ability to deliver work to high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Pay and benefits:

• Salary up to £41,000 er annum, depending on experience
