Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Location: Longhope, Gloucestershire

Hours: 8am – 4pm 

Salary: Pay to be confirmed

Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operative:

• Operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Assembling, inspecting, and packaging products to company standards
• Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
• Carrying out routine checks and reporting any faults or issues
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Key Skills of a Manufacturing Operative:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
