Job Title: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Longhope, Gloucestershire
Hours: 8am – 4pm
Salary: Pay to be confirmed
Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Operative:
- Operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Assembling, inspecting, and packaging products to company standards
- Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Carrying out routine checks and reporting any faults or issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Key Skills of a Manufacturing Operative:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
