Supply Chain Coordinator – Clevedon
Position: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 08:45 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:45 to 16:00 on Friday, with a 45-minute paid lunch break and an early finish on Fridays.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a positive outlook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can work independently as well as collaboratively. Prior experience in a Supply Chain setting, particularly in Customer Service and Import/Export, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of Sales Orders within agreed timescales.
- Coordinate with customers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to arrange and confirm deliveries or returns, adhering to booking procedures.
- Prepare and manage invoice and dispatch documentation, both online and hard copy, to meet customer requirements.
- Handle daily dispatches of finished products accurately, liaising with all relevant parties.
- Manage contract-manufactured products to meet internal and customer requirements.
- Prepare import/export documentation in accordance with current international regulations.
- Coordinate and attend official Veterinary appointments required for specialised vehicle deliveries.
Requirements
- Strong customer relationship skills (internal and external).
- Satisfactory internal collaboration with Sales, Production, and QC teams.
- Experience with SAP or SAP B1 is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- GCSE Grade B or equivalent in Maths and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent time management and a flexible approach to work.
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
- Full clean driving licence.
