Transport Administrator 

Hours: Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 (0800 and 1000 starts considered) 

Location: Berkeley

Temp to perm: £9.60 per hour 

Are you a great administrator? Do you have keen communication skills?

Are you able to plan and prioritise?

This role is pivotal in helping to organise a busy warehouse and distribution centre – previous transport experience would be an advantage although if you have a can-do attitude, training can be provided. 

This a varied role that will involve:

  • Customer service skills
  • Enter bookings onto a bespoke system
  • Ensure all customer requirements are satisfied
  • Participate in daily driver de-brief
  • Conduct regular driver checks
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained properly
  • Management of all in cab technology
  • Management of all suppliers
  • as well as general admin to include filing and photocopying
