Accounts Assistant

My Client in Stonehouse is looking for an Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will begin training at the end of March and will increase to 30 hours per week starting in May.

Location: Stonehouse
Salary: £10-£12 per hour, based on experience
Hours: 30 per week

Duties will include:



• Meet and greet all clients and visitors
• Reconciling accounts
• Bank reconciliation
• Debt chasing
• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Payments & Invoicing
• Weekly clock cards
• Ordering stationary
• Answering phones
• Updating spreadsheets
• Ad general office duties


• Organised and reliable
• Proficient with MS Office
• Sage experience
• Reception / admin experience
