First Base Employment has the pleasure of recruiting for a Sales Administrator. We are seeking individuals with a great attention to detail and who enjoy working in a busy office enviroment to join our clients team based in Stroud.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 – 5:30
Alternate Friday 9-5:30
Salary: To be discussed depending on experience.
Assisting with customer queries on a face to face basis in our busy showroom
Answering incoming calls
Inputting/scanning invoices into Xero
Providing quotations for customers
Corresponding to emails
Ad hoc duties as and when required
Reporting to Directors
Essential Attributes & Experience:
High attention to detail
Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work unsupervised and a flexible approach
Experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial
Microsoft Word, Excel and database proficient
