Sales Administrator

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000

Location: Gloucester

Hours: 9am – 5pm 


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls, emails and website enquiries and facilitate sales of products and services
  • Use company’s CRM/sales system to process all sales and keep customers information up to date
  • Project progression – keeping track of orders in the system and liaise with customers, suppliers, and our internal operations department to ensure we meet project deadlines
  • Address any customer complaints and make sure they are resolved to customers satisfaction
  • Make effective use of the Company’s CRM systems to track communication
  • Marketing mailers, website updates, advertising material and LinkedIn posts

Key Skills

  • To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed, and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Great communications skills internally and externally

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work to deadlines

  • Previous experience of CRM systems, administration, and sales procedures
