Purchasing Administrator (9-12 month FTC)
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 7.30am until 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, 7.30am until 12.30pm on Friday’s
Conversion of Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders
Liaison across the business with those who raise requisitions
Maintain open order book and progressing weekly to ensure on time delivery and ensuring unresolved issues
Ensure order confirmations are received within 48 hours of order placement and ensuring unresolved issues are escalated to the Buyer.
Previous experience in an administrative position
Good IT skills including MS office packages
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Previous experience in a purchasing role is desirable
Previous experience working for a manufacturing company is desirable
