Job Title: Production Administrator
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30-16:30
Salary: £12.25 – £12.50 DOE
Key Responsibilities of a Production Administrator:

Create, compile, and manage production document packs to ensure all necessary documentation is correctly assembled and distributed.

Verify and cross-check information within document packs to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Liaise with internal departments to gather required documentation, including production schedules, work orders, and quality control records.

Ensure all production-related documentation is correctly filed and maintained for easy retrieval.

Support stock control processes by ensuring documentation reflects accurate inventory levels and materials used.

Assist in updating and maintaining production records, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding document updates, amendments, and approvals.

Provide general administrative support to the production team, including data entry, report generation, and responding to queries.
Key Skills of a Production Administrator:

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Experience with ERP or stock management systems is an advantage.
