Product Administrator

Location: Stroud

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders
  • Raising relevant paperwork
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Dealing with customer orders from initial enquiry to despatch
  • Working closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service and quality products
  • Assembling sample packs to send to customers
  • Frank company post
  • Stock take


  • Good communicator face to face and on phone
  • Organised, flexible and good attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure
  • Computer literate, Sage experience desirable
