Hours:
39 hours per week – Day Shift
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
(30-minute daily unpaid break)

Salary:
£12.21 – £13.50 per hour
(Subject to experience)


Key Responsibilities of a Masker – Aerospace Components:

  • Mask aerospace components prior to paint spraying using tape and specialist masking materials.

  • Ensure accuracy and precision in the masking process to meet strict aerospace industry standards.

  • Work closely with paint operatives to ensure components are prepared to the correct specification.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation.

  • Follow detailed process instructions and work to production schedules.


Key Skills of a Masker – Aerospace Components:

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good manual dexterity and steady hands.

  • Willingness to train and learn new skills.

  • Strong teamwork skills.
     

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
