Part Time Customer Service Administrator – Stonehouse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning, growing company at their facility based in Stonehouse.

Salary: £8.41 per hour+ Quarterly Bonus Scheme
Hours: This position is 24 hrs a week-
3 days of 8 hr shifts across any 7 days of the week

Your daily tasks are likely to include:
· Handling customer enquiries (face to face, on the telephone and via email) with an aim of selling      the company’s products and services
· Working as a team to achieve store targets
· Consulting with customers on their needs and the company’s ability to provide solutions
· Entering customer information on the database
· Plan, maintain and improve site standards
· Developing your experience of stock control and merchandise management
· Developing your experience dealing with debt management
· General housekeeping and maintenance of the site

Ideal Candidate:

· Your experience with face to face customer service experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· An ability to effectively use the full Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
· A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to contribute to a team
· Experience selling products and/or services, preferably on a consultative basis
