Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job Description
Our client is looking for a self-driven Office Manager to support their team. As an Office Manager, you will be essential in easing workloads, allowing the department to concentrate on advancing strategic initiatives and managing their projects.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager
- Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, communications, and key documents.
- Act as the primary contact between the Director and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and accessible project documents and files.
- Coordinate projects, teams, and customer interactions, assisting with logistics to meet operational goals.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements.
Key Skills of an Office Manager
- Experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Desirable interest in sustainability and eco-friendly solutions.
