Office Administrator (Customer Service Team)
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays | 40 hours per week | 08:30 – 17:00
Salary: £26,251.68
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders received via phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Handle delivery enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reception & Telephone Duties: Provide a professional and friendly frontline service, handling calls and greeting visitors with a helpful, positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with stock control, support invoice distribution, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, with a proactive and helpful approach.
- Strong Communication: Confident verbal and written communication skills to manage enquiries and liaise effectively with internal teams.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Adaptable & Positive: A flexible, can-do attitude, comfortable adapting to new processes and team needs.
Additional Information:
- When a Saturday is worked, a day off during the week will be provided. Saturday shifts typically finish around 14:30.
