Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday
- Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving any issues arising
- Sales order processing
- Credit control
- Purchasing from suppliers
- Planning for production
- Supporting other office staff
- Impeccable phone manner
- Strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems
- Willingness to be flexible to support the existing team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience using SAGE would be desirable
- Experience using MRP systems would be desirable
