Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday


Main Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving any issues arising
  • Sales order processing
  • Credit control
  • Purchasing from suppliers
  • Planning for production
  • Supporting other office staff



Key attributes:


  • Impeccable phone manner
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Willingness to be flexible to support the existing team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience using SAGE would be desirable
  • Experience using MRP systems would be desirable
