Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire 
Hours: Monday – Friday
Salary: £32k + per annum

Key responsibilities of a Machine Operator / Paint Technician

• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
• Move materials safely and efficiently within the workspace.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to mix and match different paint colours accurately, handling volumes up to 20 liters.

Key skills of a Machine Operator / Paint Technician

• Proven experience in similar roles, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Knowledge of paint systems.
