Loader / Picker 6410

Location: Hereford 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis
Days: Five shifts across Sunday – Friday
Times: Daytime, 09:00 – 17:00 (flexibility required)

Salary: £13.17 p/hour + training and development opportunities

Key Responsibilities of a Loader / Picker

• Accurately picking and stock rotation of customer orders

• Stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

• Loading and securing orders onto delivery vehicles

• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations

• Working effectively within a temperature-controlled environment

Key Skills of a Loader / Picker

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work accurately and under pressure

• Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is desirable but not essential

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks and adhering to strict hygiene standards
