First Base Employment has a requirement for a Head Pastry Chef for a well established luxury hotel in a stunning rural location near the coast offers a great opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef looking for the next career move.

The kitchen brigade is led by one of the UK's most highly regarded young Michelin star-winning chefs. Currently at 3 Rosettes in this property the brigade has a star in its sights.

The pastry team consists of 3 chefs, so there is the opportunity for team work, collaboration and learning from a talented and experienced Executive Head Chef

You will be working on pastry for the fine and casual dining restaurants, afternoon teas, weddings and functions.

There is plenty to keep you occupied and opportunity to take inspiration and ingredients from the well stocked kitchen garden.

In this role you will be joining a family run business who truly cares about the welfare of their team.
