First Base Employment has a requirement for a Head Pastry Chef for a well established restaurant in a stunning coastal location offers a great opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef looking for the next career move.

The kitchen brigade is led by one of the UK's most highly regarded young Michelin star-winning chefs. 

The restaurant has some exciting plans for the future so have decided to create this new role to add true pastry expertise into the kitchen so it's a great time for someone to join this outstanding team.

This role is not for the faint of heart and will include early starts and late finishes etc so the successful person needs to have the desire to put their all into the project and not be afraid of hard work.

In this role you will be joining a family run business who truly care about the welfare of their team.
