Groundwork Labourers

Location: Wrington, North Somerset

Hours:  Monday to Friday 7:30am until 4pm – 6 Month project

Salary:  £140 Per day

Our client is seeking experienced hardworking and reliable Groundwork Labourers to assist with various tasks on a construction site. This role involves supporting groundworks teams in preparing and maintaining the work area, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely. A CSCS card is required for site access.

Key Responsibilities of a Groundwork Labourers:

  • Assist with groundworks tasks, including site preparation, trench digging, and material handling.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and organisation.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform additional site tasks as directed by the foreman or supervisor.

Key Skills of a Groundwork Labourers:

  • CSCS Card – required for site access.
  • Previous experience in groundwork or construction labour is beneficial.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Good physical stamina and a strong work ethic.
