Customer Service Representative

Location – Stonehouse

Salary – £17500

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5 PM

1 Hour for lunch

This is a temporary to permanent position. 

Our client is looking for somebody to assist with technical support and service engineer workload allocation to cover Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contracts, ad-hoc callout requirements, and other contract types.

This role would require you to:

  • Assist in the compiling of quotations 
  • Completing inputs to, and interpreting outputs from, SAP to ensure the smooth running of administration functions and tasks for all Company departments and stakeholders
  • Administration support and activities to meet the needs of all Company departments 
  • Call handling from the main switchboard to the correct call handler
  • Participate to gain an inquisitive awareness of the client’s product range and services
  • Ability to problem-solve within your scope of knowledge and authority  
  • Confident, patient, polite and diplomatic, when dealing with internal and external customers 
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines 
  • Willingness to share your gained and skill sets with your colleagues
  • Willingness to learn from colleagues “their client knowledge” and skill sets 
  • A commitment to develop your own customer service skills to ensure customer service excellence
