Customer Service Administrator


Location: Stonehouse

Hours: Full time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £10.06 per hour

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answer the telephone and direct calls where necessary

  • Process orders received electronically 

  • Input orders onto the order processing system and process through to completion

  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time and delivered satisfactorily

  • Liaise with logistic colleagues regarding delivery & despatch issues

  • To monitor and process emails and pass to relevant departments

  • Reception duties including ordering uniforms, upkeep and maintenance of vending machines and ordering stationary

  • General office duties 


Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages

  • Good timekeeping skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Team player
