Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Full time 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £17,000 – £18,000 per annum depending on experience
Answer the telephone and direct calls where necessary
Process orders received electronically
Input orders onto the order processing system and process through to completion
Ensure orders are dispatched on time and delivered satisfactorily
Liaise with logistic colleagues regarding delivery & despatch issues
To monitor and process emails and pass to relevant departments
Reception duties including ordering uniforms, upkeep and maintenance of vending machines and ordering stationary
General office duties
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Good timekeeping skills
Attention to detail
