Customer Service Administrator

 

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our clients small team based near Stroud on a temporary basis.

Hourly rate of pay: £8.72 per hour

Location: Stroud

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch

This is a temporary on-going position

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Answering the telephone and to be the first point of contact for all new enquiries whether received via phone, email or post

  • Quickly establish clients’ needs through careful completion of the referral process

  • Regularly keep clients updated regarding the status of their referral

  • Identify the most suitable product/ service and then accurately calculate prices taking into consideration all costs associated

  • Promptly quote prices to clients give additional information regarding the value of the services

  • Maintain regular telephone contact with clients, responding to any questions and providing any additional information needed until the customer can make a final decision.

  • Raise invoices

  • Book appointments

  • Report any client feedback received to the Operations Manager for inclusion in the continuous improvement process.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

  • Accurately record and update client data and records in the CRM system

 

To be considered for this position you must be able to:

  • Provide details of previous experience in an administrative role

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Give examples of prioritising and meeting tight deadlines effectively

  • Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of MS office applications
