Chilled Warehouse Operative 6461

Location: Tewkesbury

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 5 shifts per week (minimum 37.5 hours), shift times: 07:00–16:30 / 09:00–18:30. Saturdays 07:00–16:00 with flexibility.

Salary: £12.80 per hour + overtime at 1.25x after 40 hours
 

Key Responsibilities of a Chilled Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders

• Rotate stock and replenish as needed

• Load and secure orders onto delivery vehicles

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Adhere to strict food hygiene and health & safety regulations
   

Key Skills of a Chilled Warehouse Operative:

• Positive attitude with a reliable and flexible approach

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, chilled environment

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

• PPT or LLOP licenses desirable — full training provided
