Great opportunity to join a unique and successful Gloucestershire food business as a chef de partie
Working in the kitchen catering for the Café and the Restaurant.
Family owned company.
Fresh food concept.
50 weekly hours.
The café serves classic breakfast dishes using many of our own smoked products, such as, full English breakfast, eggs Royale, omelette Arnold Bennett, brioche French toast, plus many more. From midday the café serves light bites which includes delicious hot and cold sandwiches, fish and chips, smoked platters, cakes, puddings and cream teas.
Very successful family owned company, where fresh food and produce are paramount. The food offering either at retail or restaurant level, only offers the best from local rivers, fields and artisan producers. The business is set in a state of the art renovated Barn and located in a rural area with great connections to cities and motorways. The company has plans for future expansion.
As a chef de partie you will be responsible for:
Supporting senior chefs within the kitchen
Preparing dishes to rosette level
Creating dishes fresh to order using local ingredients
You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills and have a great passion for food especially fish and seafood.
