First Base Employment has a requirement for a Chef de Partie for an award winning hotel in Cornwall set right on its own private beach. The Restaurant holds 3 AA rosettes and the team has a real passion for sourcing locally sourced ingredients, from fresh seaweed from its own private beach to the freshest seafood from Cornish waters and meat reared from roaming cattle.

The kitchen brigade is led by a highly regarded Michelin star-winning head chef. Currently at 3 Rosettes this restaurant has a star in its sights, with a brigade of 6 operating 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and caters for 40 covers in the restaurant. 

There is plenty of opportunity to work within a great brigade, collaboration and learn from a talented and experienced Head Chef

In this role you will be joining a family run business who truly cares about the welfare of their team.
