Location: Gloucester

Hours: 37 hours per week
Mon-Thurs 08.30 AM – 5 PM, Fri 08.30 AM – 4.30 PM
(1-hour lunch break)

Salary: £24-£28K, dependent on experience

Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of advanced telecommunications solutions, delivering digital transformation programs and innovative technology solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team and support the Project Manager in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:

  • Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks as required.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensure resource availability and assist with planning team travel arrangements.
  • Provide support to other areas of the business as needed.

Key Skills of a Project Coordinator:

  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a project and telecommunications environment.
