Administrator (Maternity Cover Contract)


Location: Stonehouse

Salary: £18,000 per annum 

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and acknowledge all new orders and enquiries

  • Co-ordinate the necessary contract review tasks to acknowledge orders within agreed timescales

  • Enter relevant data into Progress (MRP) and OfficeNet (CRM) and keep updated

  • Compile contract documentation

  • Liaise with clients as required to keep them updated of project status

  • Operate the laser etching equipment

  • Filing electronic and hard copy documents


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Fantastic IT skills including Microsoft office packages

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above

  • Fantastic attention to detail

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
