Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 17:00pm
Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per annum

Our prestigious client is looking for an Administrator to join their team in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

You will work with the Production Coordinator across a variety of production projects, ensuring accurate data management whilst ensuring internal production trackers are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Overseeing facilities maintenance.
  • Preparation for site visits by clients, suppliers, and management.
  • Ensuring database accuracy at all times.
  • Managing site expenses efficiently.
  • Assisting management in supplier communication, relationship maintenance, and purchase order generation.
  • Occasional visits to other local properties.
  • Handling online procurement of supplies such as stationery, cleaning materials, and art fabrication materials.
  • Supporting production teams.
  • Maintaining effective communication across business teams, aiding the manager as necessary.

Key Skills of an Administrator

  • Adaptability to evolving business requirements.
  • Proficiency in various software and applications, with preference for Adobe Suite proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Punctuality and professional conduct at all times.
