Location: Hardwicke

Salary: £10 per hour

Hours: 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday 

This is a temporary to permanent position starting as soon as possible


Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising customer orders across several contracts

  • Invoicing weekly

  • KPI reporting

  • Customer queries via email and phone

  • Data Entry – stock movement/goods in

  • Using the inhouse system to book and track deliveries


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administration position is essential

  • Excellent IT skills including MS office packages

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload

  • Team player

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
