Administrator (12 month FTC)

Location: Cirencester/Cheltenham

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm with one hour for lunch, however the client does also offer flexible working (37.5 hour working week)


Key responsibilities

  • Dealing with emails 
  • Diary management
  • Administration support for the team
  • Proof reading documents
  • Quality checking
  • provide support to our wider consultant team whilst working as an integral part of our Administration team.


Key Skills:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised and reliable with the ability to multitask
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially MS Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • GCSE in Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Experience of report formatting is desirable
