Part Time Accounts Administrator
Are you a strong administrator with experience using SAGE 50? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to develop knowledge in an accounts environment? If the answer is yes, then this could be the job for you!
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: 15 hours per week across 3 days – Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Hourly Rate: Circa £10.50 per hour
This is a temporary to permanent position starting as soon as possible.
Matching invoices with delivery notes, checking against orders
Entering invoices on to SAGE 50 purchase ledger and subsequent filing
Processing staff expenses and credit cards.
Preparing list of payments and checking against monthly statements.
Processing all company receipts appropriately.
Entering costs against projects, where applicable.
Arranging export shipping and complete paperwork for both exports and imports.
Previous experience in an administrative position
Proficient in the use of MS Office
SAGE experience would be desirable
Methodical approach to work
Time management skills
Previous experience with diary management
