Part Time Accounts Administrator


Are you a strong administrator with experience using SAGE 50? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to develop knowledge in an accounts environment? If the answer is yes, then this could be the job for you!

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

Hours: 15 hours per week across 3 days – Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Hourly Rate: Circa £10.50 per hour


This is a temporary to permanent position starting as soon as possible. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching invoices with delivery notes, checking against orders

  • Entering invoices on to SAGE 50 purchase ledger and subsequent filing

  • Processing staff expenses and credit cards.

  • Preparing list of payments and checking against monthly statements.

  • Processing all company receipts appropriately.

  • Entering costs against projects, where applicable.

  • Arranging export shipping and complete paperwork for both exports and imports.

  • Filing


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office 

  • IT literate 

  • SAGE experience would be desirable 

  • Methodical approach to work

  • Time management skills

  • Previous experience with diary management
