Accounts Administrator


Location: Cirencester

Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum

Hours: 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing

  • Processing expenses

  • Payment of supplier and cash expense accounts

  • Control of petty cash

  • Bank statement routines

  • Assisting Company Accountant with end of month and year end procedures

  • Company car and insurance administration

  • Telephone system administration

  • Ordering stationery and computer consumables

  • Typing

  • General administration and filing


Key Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Previous accounts experience

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Good communication skills
