Office Administrator

Cirencester, Gloucestershire

My client based in Cheltenham are looking for an administrator/receptionist to provide accurate and high-quality day to day administrative support for the office team. The successful applicant will be training and working in their Cirencester Office until mid-October whilst the new office is being kitted out.  

Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 (with one hour for lunch) (37.5hr/wk) 

Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 

Your own vehicle will be essential.


  • Post duties 
  • General office administration, including typing, filing and printing.
  • Maintenance of data/records regarding the office and projects as appropriate
  • Assist with the Administration team’s daily workload when requested.
  • Assist other team members as necessary. 
  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephones (8 lines), call forwarding and messaging
  • Any other duties as required to ensure continuity and quality of admin service provision. 


  • Provide friendly and professional reception cover for the Cirencester office. 
  • Contribute to the delivery and completion of the Admin team’s workload when requested.
  • Strive to provide a high quality of service to both internal and external clients. 

Key Skills must include
