French Speaking Customer Service Adviser Urgently Required

My client, based just outside of Gloucester are looking for someone dynamic and adaptable to join their successful team IMMEDIATELY.

Pay Rate: £8.50 per hour

Hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days per week

Role 1:

Monday - Off

Tuesday - 9-5

Wednesday -9-5

Thursday - 9-5

Friday - 9-5

Saturday  -9-5

Sunday  -Off


Role 2:

Monday -9-5

Tuesday -9-5

Wednesday -9-5

Thursday -9-5

Friday - Off

Saturday  - Off


Sunday  - 9-5


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering language tickets
  • Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will assist managing all distribution channels.
  • Dealing with, and responding to, incoming emails about products and orders.
  • You will be responsible to monitor who is online, their time spent on the site and if help is required.
  • All queries require a response time of no more than 6 hours, this is done via email response.
  • The work is quite repetitive so a good sense of self-motivation is required.
