A great opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest growing watch and accessories brands in the UK. First Base Employment are recruiting for a experienced Customer Care Representative on behalf of our client to deal with customer emails and telephone calls from their new office in Bath.  This is a full time temporary position for 2 months with the opportunity to be extended.

Hours: 0830- 1730 Monday to Friday

Salary: £8 - £9.25 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quick and efficient responses to customer enquiries via support systems, including queries about online orders and warranty queries
  • Resopnd to B2C customer support across all sales channels (website, marketplaces, social media etc)
  • Respond to all email and telephone customer queries
  • Advise product teams on key issues and future ideas to rectify these
A successful candidate will:
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident with Microsoft Office
