CNC Lathe Programmer Setter – Gloucester
An immediate requirement for an experienced CNC Lathe Setter/Programmer has become available. Our client is a family run business with over 50 years’ experience in subcontract precision engineering. Specialising in one off, prototype and small batch manufacturing, they are looking for an experienced and skilled operator to join their team working with CNC machines such as LEAD, DOOSAN and COLCHESTER.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proven experience setting and programming CNC Lathes using FANUC
The ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and be able to produce quality work within a minimal time frame
A track record of working to very tight tolerances
It would also be beneficial to have:
City & Guilds Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering
Experience on other programs such as Mitsubishi
This is a Full Time – Permanent position
Rate of pay: £12.00 – 15.00 depending on experience
