First Base Employment are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stonehouse.  We are looking for someone who is highly efficient and able to solve problems quickly.  This is a full time Temporary to Permanent position starting as soon as possible.

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Despatch and invoicing
  • Booking transport of goods
  • Creating labels for customer orders
  • Booking orders onto the system and planning loads for the warehouse
  • Dealing with customer queries via the telephone, email or face to face
  • Booking deliveries and ensuring a strict time frame

 A successful candidate will:

  • Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Have a creative approach to problem solving
  • Be extremely organised and time efficient
