Industrial Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a full time, permanent, Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Car parking is available.

The role:

To hit targets on a monthly and annual basis through billed revenue – transparent commission structure in place

To work alongside an experienced resourcer to fill vacancies, meaning you can take the time to offer exceptional customer service to your clients as well as ensuring you can develop future business for your pipeline

To have an input into central marketing and work alongside sales to identify and follow up business opportunities

To have full autonomy in managing your client base and setting fees

We work with a trusted training partner to offer in house training in sales, the growth model and self awareness and offer a highly supportive work environment. As a business we rely on building trust through our actions and focus absolutely on great customer service for both clients and candidates.

The Package:
Negotiable salary based on experience
Generous (transparent) commission structure

20 days holiday (plus all bank holidays) increasing to 25 based on years of service
Contributory pension after three months

We close over Christmas unless business needs dictate otherwise

The Person:
Degree educated or comparable level of education (A Levels, HND)
Preferably previous experience gained in recruitment, ideally the industrial sector

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong sales and customer facing skills
Excellent organisational skills

A can do positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of numeracy / literacy
Strong IT skills; use Microsoft suite of packages

Social media skills; facebook, linkedin, twitter, creative thinker

A desire to learn and develop

A resilience to locate the right people and place them in the right roles
