We are looking for a full time, permanent, Technical/Industrial Candidate Administrator to join our team based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Hours: 0900-1730 Monday to Friday

Salary: (based on experience and drive to succeed) £15,000-£17,000 per annum

The Role:

  • To hit team targets on a monthly and annual basis through billed revenue
  • To work alongside experienced co-workers to assist in filling vacancies by speaking to candidates and building rapports
  • Offer exceptional customer service to existing candidates as well as developing and executing ideas for new candidate generation
  • To be resilient to locate the right people and assist in placing them in the right role
  • We work with a trusted training partner to offer in house training in sales, the growth model and self-development and offer a highly supportive work environment. As a business we rely on building trust through our actions and focus absolutely on great customer service for both clients and candidates

The Package:

  • 20 days holiday (plus all bank holidays) increasing to 25 based on years of service

The Person:

  • Good standard of secondary education (GCSE A*-C) as a minimum
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A can do positive attitude and creative thinker
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of numeracy / literacy
  • Strong IT skills; use Microsoft suite of packages
  • Social media skills; facebook, Linkedin, twitter etc
  • A desire to learn and develop
