Our client is currently looking for a committed PA to come on board and manage all endeavours. This is a very varied role where responsibilities and tasks may change daily. The right candidate will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and willing to take on any challenge whilst working independently.
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am -5pm
Salary: circa £30,000 depending on experience
- Invoicing and filing
- Arranging meetings
- Diary management
- Arranging travel and planning trips
- Responding to emails, phone calls and social media
- Proof Reading
- Other ad hoc duties as and when needed
Requirements/ Key Skills:
- Must have a full driving license
- Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive/Calendar and Suite)
- Good communicator
- Extremely organised
- Experience in a similar position
- Motivated to work on your own using own initiative
- Attention to detail
